My session with Tara was deeply healing and exactly what I needed. She helped me restructure outdated patterns that were still informing my daily choices as well as make space for self love and new intentions. She had insights that really resonated with me and helped me far beyond our time in that session. The experience was very personal and unique to my path as well as gentle.
